Deportation, Entry Bans & Administrative Detention
Urgent point: A deportation decision, entry ban and administrative detention are separate measures. Obtain each written decision and proof of notification immediately. Remedies and deadlines depend on the precise act; an immigration restriction code or verbal statement is not a complete file.
Legal assistance in removal and entry-ban cases
- Urgent review of deportation decisions and stated grounds.
- Administrative-court strategy and deadline assessment.
- Entry-ban and restriction-record analysis.
- Administrative-detention and removal-centre matters.
- Coordination with criminal, residence or international-protection files.
- Family, health, child and non-refoulement evidence.
- Remote communication with authorised relatives and foreign counsel.
Deportation decision
The review should identify the statutory ground, authority, evidence, individual reasoning and circumstances that may prevent removal. The complete immigration file and, where relevant, criminal documents should be compared with the written decision. A generic objection that ignores the stated ground is unlikely to address the real issue.
Entry ban
An entry restriction may accompany removal or arise separately. Its legal basis, duration, authority and connection with earlier travel, visa, residence or public-order records must be established. A new visa request does not automatically cancel a restriction.
Administrative detention
Immigration detention is distinct from criminal arrest. The detention decision, review, removal-centre location, health, interpreter access and communication should be established. A challenge to removal does not automatically replace the remedy concerning detention.
Individual evidence
Family unity, best interests of a child, health, risk in the destination country, international protection and non-refoulement may matter, but require specific reliable documents. Civil-status records, medical reports, residence evidence, protection decisions and personal risk material should be assembled securely.

Frequently asked questions
Is a restriction code the same as a decision?
No. The written act, reasons, authority and notification should be obtained.
Does release cancel deportation?
Not automatically. Criminal custody, immigration detention and removal decisions are separate.
Can family members begin the process?
They may provide records and request an initial assessment; formal representation depends on authority and procedure.
Can success be guaranteed?
No. Urgent work can protect deadlines and present evidence, but outcome depends on law and administrative or judicial assessment.
